Thanks, Kev, I’ll have a listen, I haven’t heard this one. I learnt Veda’s freezing technique almost three years ago and have been working with her since.

I was drinking all spring water on an RV trip a couple of weeks ago, and it felt cleansing. It was also recommended on a health podcast and the fact that I can get the Shasta water inspired me to try this pattern.

nothing in particular yet… I just like having the breaks from using the distiller all the time…. and I just started this pattern a couple of months ago and made the decision to incorporate spring water just last week. 😀
