Thx for clarifying and no worries! I thought you were referencing ‘therapy’ to horses/equine therapy. Yes to nature, all animals, especially horses (for me) are soooo healing!!! And… I’ve been in and out of regular ‘therapy’ and I totally agree 😆

Yes some therapy is a scam. Some is good! But I hear ya. Horses have been the biggest part of my healing journey!

I’ve been gifted three rescue horses and a sweet soul lets me board them at her farm for free. I help her w all of the barn chores and she works for an airline so anytime she travels, I watch the heard for free😊. Good deal and it’s such a gift! And she lets me keep chickens at her place too.
