I’d agree that a ‘clean’ diet is a good idea. I would also say that ‘diet’ is not the only factor, reducing exposures to toxic chemicals is also to be taken into consideration. What I would add is recognition of the emotional factor, which as far as my research – and personal experience – is concerned, is a really important one. Part of…

Hey y’all! Was discussing with a friend how many opinions are out there on the best diet to eat when one has “cancer”. I’m a Weston A. Price girlie myself, but my gut tells me unprocessed vegan for a time with lots of juicing. What about a happy medium eventually, heavy veg, some clean, ethically raised meat, no dairy, no sugar? I know there…

Good questions and I don’t know if there is really any absolutely right or wrong answer. @barre I studied herbalism and tui at the academy of Chinese culture and health sciences. There was a qi gong teacher who was from a family lineage who would teach a course then pick one or two students to study with him at his clinic. His family had been run out of china during the communist uprising. In any case, he didn’t pick me, so I…

From my understanding of homeopathy, most topicals are suppressive for skin issues and can drive disease from a physical level in to mental or emotional levels (also, my teenage experience confirms that) so the essential oils, like a colloids silver, would give results but possibly at a cost.
Homeopathy or Isopathics would be the route I…

Thank you! Kev, Tommy…but perhaps most importantly: Elin haha your star eyes caught my attention this morning and I was able to listen to this as I cleared the den room (aka piles of laundry room all summer). i’m hoping to make it a sort of winter health sanctuary…stretching, resting, tea…
