Glorious indeed! I always feel so energized and experience way less pain after morning sun gazing ☀️🌞 I find it to be deeply spiritual as well. I stand on my deck holding a branch of my favorite pine tree (I named her Senti, short for sentient) and I feel a deep connection to the feminine energy of the earth and the masculine energy of…

Thank you for the sun gazing resource! I have been practicing for a while now and have followed most of the recommendations that I am reading about on this site intuitively.

I did carnivore too for a bit last year, but it doesn’t work for me long term.
And about sungazing, I love being out to get the light at sunrise and sunset but have not done the gazing directly at the sun yet. Was just reading this page earlier today about Hira Ratan Manek’s approach, fascinating: https://solarhealing.com/process/
P.S. It…

Thanks for sharing, I have noticed the cloudiness as well vs much clearer and more neutral smelling after eating mostly fruit + veg. I think if I’m going to use UT I’ll only be doing it during times when I’m taking a break from meat.
I’ve tried vegetarian longer term and it didn’t work for me, I felt very ungrounded, but it’s fine for…

Thanks so much, Kev…I really appreciate your wisdom here. I also definitely notice the strong odor after eating meat as well, and it tends to go away with subsequent urinations, as you say. Seems like it’s just an opportunity to develop a relationship with getting to know my own fluids better, using my intuition, all the good things.

Hey all,
We were talking about urine therapy in a recent thread I posted on eye health, and I had a question I wanted to post here. For those of you who are deep into UT, do you know if it’s only recommended with a vegetarian diet, or when one eats very little meat and dairy? In The Golden Fountain by van der Kroon he advises urine therapy with…

That’s super cool Todd, can you share more about these Biogeometry techniques? Would love to know how to do that.

Oh, and thanks for bringing up that a vegetarian diet is recommended with urine therapy. I have that book too, and that part caught my attention. I’m not vegetarian, but I’ve gone ahead with urine therapy anyway, just to see. I practice Biogeometry measuring techniques, and often my urine tests show me my urine isn’t needed to ingest (or,… Read more

That’s such an awesome image just thinking about what that would be like. I love it!!! Lol! I’ll definitely keep that technique in my back pocket for when in need. Let us know, please, Leigh-Ann, when you try it and whether the initial sting of urine in the eyes fades away or if the sting lasts the entire 30 minutes.
