Oh wow, thanks Hulda for chiming in. I’m glad you have these tools, and I’ll look into them as well – I have just started with the urine therapy drops (only on day three), this is all new for me and I just posted in Yerasimos’s group at the beginning of this week.

It’ll take some time for me to go through all of the resources and decide what…

    Health & Wellness

A very timely post for me, Leigh-Anne. I have a similar condition as you, only it’s my right eye (which most of my life has been the stronger) that’s blurry – no matter how close or far I hold the book. It doesn’t focus properly while reading elsewise, like a screen or book.

Been using the AquaCure goggles for a couple weeks, also the protocol…

  • Eye Health and Healing Eyesight Back to 20/20

    Hi all,
My friends Sophie and Yerasimos have a Telegram chat for local Los Angeles freedom peeps, and I recently asked the group for recommendations on helping to heal my vision back to 20/20.

(Recently I have noticed that my left eye is blurry when I read at night. My distance vision is ok.)

The group gave me such a wealth of information that…

Anyone have any insights or opinions on the contrast solution they give you for an MRI? I know its “gadolinium based”, but the last Doc I saw told me it was Iodine based. What the heck else is in it?? Im not to excited about having my skin being punctured for any reason these days.. Thoughts?

    • Hi Cory, usually with an MRI they give a Gadolinium based contrast but if do want to give just an iodine based contrast ask which one and look it up. You can find a general list here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iodinated_contrast. If iodated contrast make sure your kidneys are in good health and function. If a Gadolinium based be mindful…

      • after the MRI, you could look at taking the AV zeolite product if you are in US. will help you clean out including the radiation from the MRI. go in there with no fear and your body will transmute this with a little help.

I just finished taking it for one month after flight travel and having to go through the imaging machine at boston…

AV Tribe, thought I’d share a recent experience in case someone finds themselves in a similar situation. After a week of abdominal discomfort – mild pain and some nausea but no loose stool or vomiting, I decided to visit my local doc-in-a-box hoping I’d be diagnosed with a bladder infection/UTI. Tests came back negative for h-pylori and…

        • @rb7425 , Thank you for sharing this! I remember the interview with this Doc. He sounded like he truly had the right attitude for helping people heal themselves. Sounds like he did that for you, too! I’m so glad you are doing well. It was a scary time for you, I’m sure!

        Interesting, Sherri!

My DO said my progesterone is to high from my blood work and to stop the cream. I was up to 50mg a day. The rest of my hormones look good for menopause per both docs. The DO also said that 25% of women get them genetically and those can last indefinitely. Most of the time, though, the body regulates itself in 6-12…

Hi Elin, I’ve experienced a huge decrease in the amount and severity of hot flashes since this thread was started several months ago and we all tried and shared various things. There are two things I’ve taken up that seem to be helping. Eating balanced and regular meals without fail in order to keep blood sugar regulated. For me going more than…

As we await Barre’s response will you please share anything notable that may come out of your appointments? I don’t want to interject but being on the journey myself I do have a couple of things I’m working on with some success. Let me know if you’d like to chat more about it Elin.

So… I’m STILL having hot flashes after trying all sorts of things and nothing seems to be making a dent after 8 months. For example, I did 6 weeks of acupuncture and herbs, no change. I’ve been on 25-50 mg progesterone cream for about as long now, too. I’m getting plenty of exericise, am off caffeine, and have lost 10 pounds. I’m…
