Hi Divya,
I recommend no makeup. However, if you want to have a more even skin tone I recommend rice powder. If you have darker skin it may not be for you but if you don’t I love Little Bits Historical Apothecary on Etsy. She’s a very knowledgeable sweetheart. The rice powder is inexpensive and the lip tints are lovely. Sample sizes are a…

Wow interesting about the muscle testing! My instinct was that I don’t want any kind of tracking device on me, either, but was curious if there were an overriding benefit. Doesn’t seem like it. Thanks!

Both me and my wife had one and it’s a very well built device.
A chiropractor we know did some muscle testing on my wife and she was significantly weaker when wearing the ring, so she sold it. She used it to mostly count her steps, so she bought a simple pedometer and is using that instead. She also found that the sleep numbers were stressing…

Raw Goat milk was something we have used with him and it seemed to help his digestive issue—we stayed away from anything cow related since that didnt seem to agree with him. Our friend told us about a ‘sulfur’ treatment they…

Hi Kimberly, I have seen that she made this available as a course. I’m a bit reluctant to sign up for a whole course for solutions right now, however I am keeping this on my radar. Like many things, the symptoms come and go and are more noticeable at various times 😉

Hey Josh, I used to have access to wonderful cranial sacral osteopaths while living in Maine. Cranial alignment is an important component often overlooked. Thanks for the reminder.
