Sorry to hear this. The classic remedies for impetigo are Ant Crud, Arsenicum, Rhus Tox and Merc. Personally I like Narayani War Mix for this – it’s one of the 8 essential combination remedies I cover in my book https://www.lisastrbac.com/my-book – see attached photo for what is in the war mix.
