Tuba – I had a friend who was really into jazz back in the day and got me hooked on it. He played a Charlie Parker tune that was arranged for tuba. I can’t remember the name of the musician, but it almost defied the possible it was played so quickly and with musicality. At least that was my memory of it. I can’t for the life of me remember…
