Glad you are here Sinead! I like your description of Dr. Barre as a Beacon of Light. I hadn’t quite named it as such however I remember that explosion of knowing when I first came across a podcast with him speaking, along with several other Doctors and had the same flash that I wanted to learn more from him, and here we are!

I used to browse the internet at night sometimes when I was tired kind of looking for it/the answer even though I had no idea what it would be! Then I was introduced to Alfa Vedic a couple of years ago and this private platform feels like my little internet home, it has most of what I think I was looking for in one space 😊
