Family Farm Recipes 3 months agoOne of the products I made this season: A salve consisting of Yarrow, Plantain and Rosemary. I harvested the Yarrow and Plantain from the woods around my place, and the Rosemary was grown in our garden. The carrier oil was grapeseed, and the thickening agent was beeswax. I added some Clove, Juniper, Rosemary and Lemongrass essential oils for a light scent

Looks awesome, and a great example of how we can all make medicines that far exceed the quality found in health food stores. Are you making these available to others?

I tried to comment right away when you posted this but had technical difficulties – it looks so luxury and hat an awesome scent combo. How high did you heat the mixture, did you use a doable boiler and what parts of the plantain. Awesome work! I’d buy some! 🙂

Family Farm Recipes 5 months agoHere’s the latest Alchemical creation, Not-safe-for-the-school-bake-sale brownies! I made the butter from the cannabis in our garden. The ones on the left were made with unbleached flour, the ones on the right were made with sorghum flour. I didn’t add quite enough moisture to the flour batch, so when I did the sorghum batch I added extra.…

Family Farm Recipes 7 months agoAnyone have a source for Apple Cider Vinegar? I used to use Bragg’s. The company was purchased(by Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom😅)and I’ve heard it isn’t the same high quality. Pls lmk-thx!

Oh dear, haven’t heard that. What about Baja Gold (from the Sea of Cortez)? I use that primarily, but also some Celtic. You could ask about their lab results for lead.

Dr Kaufman likes SS. We use SS and I believe its ok.
