This Beautiful Realm 9 months agoWent out on a Plant Identifying excursion in the woods outside my place. Peppered in a few vista shots with the plants!
1. The view from my front yard
2. Saskatoon Berry bush
3. Columbine (99% of the ones I’ve found in the wild here are red flowered)
4. Cow Parsnip
5. I believe aster conspicuus, hard to tell without the flowers open though

This Beautiful Realm 10 months agoTulips and daffodils have all faded in glory. But now comes clematis (left) and rosa rugosa (right) bringing lots of color and cheer in my yard and garden.

Yes, I know that feeling! What kind of camera are you getting? I have a Canon 40x SX740HS. I like a simple camera with a good zoom. I have a cell phone but no internet with it. Am able to call and text. That’s it, as I only use it when driving to town so my kids can keep track of me. 😄

Let me know what good camera you get soon. Yes, sharp pictures and a really good zoom. I like the zoom for the bird pictures I enjoy taking.

This Beautiful Realm 10 months agoWhile they last, more tulips, the reds and yellows. Tulips are so lovely to begin the new year (April) that I want to order more so I will have thousands of them. 😍 I’m currently filling out another order form for fall planting.

This Beautiful Realm 11 months agoApple blossom time! I enjoy sitting under my snow apple tree under a bright blue sky! Don’t you love it when the sky is totally clear and bright blue? I call it blue-sky therapy as I relax in my canvas chair recliner. Little bees buzzing amongst the blossoms. So thankful to be a part of this beautiful realm. Blessings to you all.

We have a combination of natural, wild- growing beauty with a community that has traditionally been filled with skilled gardeners.
