Oh, my have I lucked up with all these recommendations! Thank you all so very much! Great options here. I’m starting to spend more time at the computer working than I would like and wanted to focus more on these sorts of things again. And, as I get older (heck at any age) I feel it is important. I can’t wait to look into all of them.

I put together a video that combines structurally corrected yoga, active isolated stretching and Daoist yoga that you might find helpful:
It’s a 15 minute routine that covers hips/back/legs, shoulders/neck and eyes.

Hey Mary
I’d put Somatics at the top of the list in any stretching/fitness program. I personally begin with Somatics whether doing Cardio, MA training or resistance exercise. Somatics feel great, are gentle, science-based and release the cumulative effects of emotionally induced macro-tensions that eventuate in senile stiffness, joint issues…

Hi Mary, I used to love this YouTube channel Free Yoga TV. It has been a while since I’ve done Stephen’s classes as I usually just guide myself through my own flows, but I have enjoyed many of his classes over the years.

Anyone have video suggestions for any of the above? I can probably find yoga easily, but always open to learning about any of your favorites. Also, thinking about a stretching routine. Any favorite videos for that?
