Interesting, I thought ADV said not to use the DMSO eye drops if you had surgery for cataracts or macular degeneration as the artificial plastic lens will be deteriorated by the DMSO. I thought it was safe to use if you’ve had LASIK. I had LASIK myself many years ago and just started using the 20% DMSO drops. Only have used them for 2 days, but…

Cristina, I am in a similar situation. Early forties. I refuse to wear glasses, except in my case, it would be again. I had laser surgery done for my far vision more than 10 years ago. (Did not know about that DMSO healing mentioned below. Good thing I didn’t try it). Now I have trouble with the close up reading and those black spots that…

I wish I could take the DMSO drops. I had Lasik back in ’98 and if I take the drops it will undo (heal) the results of that surgery. My close up vision is great, but now my distance is not quite as good as it was. I just turned 63yrs, so I’m not complaining too much. I thought Amandha said you could use the drops or DMSO on the skin near the…

I’ve been making my way through Nathan Oxenfeld’s book about the Bates method for healing the eyes and improving vision. It’s a very thorough book. I’m finding it difficult to find the time to do all of the exercises required to help me see better, though. Like most things that are worth while, it takes time, effort and patience. I’m 47…

I have heard it is good. I have the intention of better eyesight as well and healing those conditions. I have not been consistent with the eye exercises. I am now taking the DMSO eye drops. A friend told me macular is a vitamin A deficiency and glaucoma is a vitamin C deficiency. I’d love to hear anyone else’s thoughts as well.

Been researching this, and it looks very solid! I AM engaging in this program starting on today’s new moon/new lunar year. Intention: see clearly without glasses; heal the slight beginnings of cataracts and macular degeneration. https://holisticvisionprogram.teachable.com/p/holisticvisionprogram/
Will keep y’all posted!

It’s an interesting transitional state to be in and it seems like almost all women have to do a trial and error sort of thing for menopause symptoms, I like The Three Immortals formula, but also gamma E sometimes works, heavy weight lifting, and/or just a good old school yam cream, which despite scientism ranting about it being ineffective, many…

This thread is a wondrous testament to how unique we all are and one size definitely does not fit all! If anything perhaps we can arrive at some idea of a good baseline of support, for example cell salts, then it seems we must find our way towards something more customized. Another tool for the toolbox I’ve looked at is herbalist Susan Weed’s…

Cool! (pun intended). This is my 2nd day of adding just 15mg of zinc and had no hot flashes until just now. The zinc might be allowing me to absorb more of what it needs to realign… hmmm? @barre are we on the right track here? 😀 thanks!!
