I have heard it is good. I have the intention of better eyesight as well and healing those conditions. I have not been consistent with the eye exercises. I am now taking the DMSO eye drops. A friend told me macular is a vitamin A deficiency and glaucoma is a vitamin C deficiency. I’d love to hear anyone else’s thoughts as well.
