Wow Hugh, this is a ton of what looks like useful information. As for mortgages, insurance companies aren’t writing policies these daze, at least not in California. Any suggestions there? I’ve thought of creating a bond, but that’s way more advanced than I’m at, at the moment.

I think that that is a great idea and I have a property that I’d like to share in the same way in Massachusetts!
