How to Find Amazing Deals on Real Estate
I used to be a real estate investor back in the day, so I’d like to share some of the methods that we used to find good deals, and some I picked up since. These methods can help you find your ideal property at a price and terms you can afford.
The first thing to get into your head is that you don’t need a ton of money to buy real estate. So if…

For my Canadian friends: How did you go about obtaining land? I don’t REALLY want to go the mortgage route. I work and get compensated privately, so I have no “income” to show a broker anyway. I’m not opposed to mortgage, but it’s not my first choice, and I don’t think I’d qualify, despite having a decent downpayment saved. I know there’s…

Let’s move to the Land! 2 years agoHi everyone…. reporting in from Tasmania….I have been formulating an idea about bringing into existence a sort of a accomodation and shared work exchange program that is a cross between the international peace traveller/ host program Servas and WWOOF program that is open for both travelling and hosting folks who are journeying towards…

Yas! I love this topic! My family and I have been working together and pre-family individually for many years to try and join community on land. And every step of the way we’re learning something new and refining the vision. We’re on friends’ land now in Marshall NC in a eco-neighborhood of sorts and looking to get a couple of acres…

Let’s move to the Land! 2 years agoHey guys!
I live in Houston B.C., which is fairly far north in the province. There’s a ton of wilderness here, the population is limited to small towns scattered an hour or more away from each other in some cases, and of course plenty of farms and homesteads. Land is still decently cheap, I’ve seen parcels of undeveloped land over 5 acres go…

Let’s move to the Land! 2 years agoHi everyone…. after a few years of searching for property, dreaming of co-purchasing and working alongside others to build up a resilient thriving lifestyle – in team style ala Alfa Vedic and the recent discussion with Curtis Stone that emphasised the need to work within a team for many entrpreneurial developments, I have, now come to a…

This is great Hulda. I am starting with only a desire and no road map just a certainty that it needs to transpire in this life !
