I think that that is a great idea and I have a property that I’d like to share in the same way in Massachusetts! There was a website I’d found a while back that may be useful for the discussion – when I have a chance I’ll circle back with it because it aught to prove a good model / jumping off point.

They bought it during the peak of COVID to escape LA but couldn’t quite cope with the isolation out there, esp with young ones and Alec being an artist and social animal.
