People are not even being allowed to speak in court and I could go on about what I’ve witnessed. He lives in Grants Pass Oregon 2 hours from me. He wrote the definitive book on Land Patents and has done many over the years. You can see his presentation in our Living Law workshop available to members on the AV site.

Thought this would be the best place to put this up. A friend of mine in Tennessee has a 160 acre farm in the middle of mennonite communities and needs some help on the farm. He has living quarters on the land and full energy, water and food independence.
If anyone would be interested or know someone who is let me know!

Hi Brendan, A friend was recently expressing his interest in this very scenario. He presently lives in Pegram TN and is open to moving if it’s mutually correct for all parties.

any herein have experience and or contacts for builders who use biodynamic practices in home construction/design in or around the pacific northwest? would love to hear some guidance on which practices had the greatest impact for you in your own home builds?
