Thanks Mike. I didn’t see a request access button when I clicked into the group page before but this time it was there with a helpful note that I need to join the parent group. Should be all sorted.

He needs to go to the manage tab and select Requests. There he can approve the request to join.

OK, … The Ley Line group is a subgroup of the Spirit Science group. Indeed, the “Finding Ley Line group” appears among the main “Groups” and is accessible to non-group members, however, that group currently has a number of ‘members’ associated with it, thus the question remains how to join that group…

Other Groups in the main listing have a “Join Group” control – this one doesn’t

hmmm it could be because it is a subgroup so if you are a member of the main group you are automatically a member of this one!
