Well – the credit card when I updated it had my husbands name on it – would it be possible to send a password switch for the executive membership? I’m still logged in as only a supporter and can’t get back to the executive content.

Not sure what you did but somehow you had two active subscriptions in one account with the Supporter under a different billing name which may have caused a bug but either way, I cancelled that one so you should be good. Sorry about that!

Hmmm lemme look into this. Were you guys using the Upgrade button in the Sunscription tab in your account? I’ll have the team check on that. We’ve always planned to make that easier and work better, it’s on our list 🙂

Smart to ask seeing as how I’m paying for the executive…but can’t log in. I know that they are a sliding scale but somehow when I upgraded I created a double account so I suppose you don’t wanna make a mistake and be stuck in limbo like me. Worse comes to worse I guess I’ll just cancel both and start over again.

I think that delete options deletes all messages with the specific members. I don’t want to do that. Also, I am sure it deletes message only from my view.

I was looking for a functionality more like Telegram where messages can be edited or deleted after being sent.
