I will watch this video. I guess I need to be more patient with myself and trusting I can heal. I haven’t really taken care of my facia most of my life. I’ve pushed myself physically without enough rest or stretching. I’ve e been inflexible a long time as a result.

Adam and Josh Bigelsen mentioned a few times working with some of their patients’ internal scar tissues, like those that develop after the umbilical cord is severed, in some of the videos I’ve been watching. Maybe it might be worthwhile to ask them if they can assist with that.

Hi Doc Barre and everyone. I am removing some excess thorium from my body. I know we have natural excretion pathways to for Thorium, so i am doing the coffee enemas, the infrared sauna, consuming the cilatro and chlorella.
I was wonder which AV products could assist me. The greens maybe or matrix? Both? Any other recommendations?

Hi Jacob, I’m not medically educated and nor can I tell what kind of a break occurred to your son’s collarbone. What I can offer is that my brother broke his collarbone three times (playing football) and each time he was given an apparatus to keep his shoulder imobilized. Assuming your son sustained a non-displaced fracture, a question might…

I too was going to offer the same advice. With two recent experiences, one my 4 year old great niece broke her collarbone and the treatment was to wear a sling that immobilized the shoulder.

Maybe you figured this out already, but the AV coffee bag instructions are to make to coffee in a French press first, then put the liquid into the bucket, that way there are no grounds in the tubes.
