Hi Dave, I’d also listen to Dr. Cowan’s Alfa Vedic podcast and then consider taking your son to see he and his team as Dr. Cowan has a vast experience working with children and offers some unique insights.

Happy New Year!
Long time listener, first time connecting. Excited for the new AV site!
My son Mikey is currently 11 years old. He was diagnosed with genetic FSGS when he was around 6. He lived without symptoms (beyond protein in urine) until about 9 months ago. His kidney values began dropping fairly quickly, then at Thanksgiving his…

I am so glad your current pup is doing well. Obviously has a great mama. ❤️ I had my cats on Rawr (raw food) in Oakland before we fled during the riots and it has been bit of a struggle to find a good replacement out here in the Sacto valley. Thus far it’s been Open Farm and some freeze dried raw food.

Oh no! How’s puppy doing now? I like prana pets s-support for dogs and cats with seizures. I am surprised how many dogs and cats get seizures, I suspect it’s the synthetic vitamins in their foods but not entirely certain. Btw AV makes pet vitamins that I use for my fur kids now.

Kathy ,
my dog had mal grand seizures exactly every 4 weeks , 1 seizure every 60 minutes for 36 hours , totaling 36 seizures .
I suggest cranial sacral therapy along with chiropractic adjustments and daily baths with a cup of pure sea salt .
a very clean diet of mostly raw milk or raw milk products and organic eggs and fruit may help…

Also, if you are concerned about the emf of a glucose monitor you can just do an old school food diary to find triggers. It’s also important to support brain recovery because, those seizures are a lot of electrical activity on the brain. Some cold pressed organic flax seed oil (the kind you have to keep in the fridge) can help recovery.

I wanted to add an intuitive thought here. Can you get him a nice shungite tower or similar for his bedside, or maybe a necklace, bracelet or all of the above? Shungite is here to help us fix our field of existence.

Hi Kathy,
While blood sugar fluctuations are not the root cause of seizures, they can trigger them. I would get him a continuous glucose monitor and see where he is at when he has his seizures, what foods or activities causes crashes and spikes. That way he can make daily preventative choices. Also,, the Ketogenic diet (I prefer a whole…
