Brendan, thank you for your comments. Are you saying they indicated it may cause strokes in those over 50yrs? Did I read that correctly? I’ve been trying to search for side effects outside of bleeding or are you speaking of brain bleeds/hemorrhage? Jeez! They’re trying to kill us…let me count the ways…

I appreciate all of you sharing this info. My husband experienced a DVT & 2 small PEs in June 2022. The DVT clot was large, running from his lower leg to his abdomen. We are not vaxxed, he had no health issues, and was on no meds. He was 69yrs at the time. After testing his heart is fine, PEs left his lungs quickly, but the DVT clots took a…

HI Shalaka, I believe I saw you sharing some details of your move on the exec call. Glad to hear you are liking it there and that for now it suits your needs. So glad we now have this forum to stay in touch. I’d like to look at purchasing land in the area.

Hi Hulda,
Thank you for creating this discussion! I moved to Crescent City in summer 2023, mostly inspired by Alfacast – Mike advertising the beauty of this area in every episode LOL!
I was fortunate to find a rental in this area and I think I am going to stay put during 2024.
I do agree with Barre about we creating community wherever we… -

This was one I had missed, I listened yesterday and loved it! So much juicy stuff in this episode. I had just purchased one of Jacob Libermans books this summer, “Take Your Glasses and See”.
Thanks for the recommendation. I love his mind/body approach expanding your eyesight and insight.

Thanks for your 2 cents, Valerie. Would you consider the SF Bay Area group too far afield for you? Or maybe you’d want to start a Napa or Napa/Sonoma/Mendocino group?

Hello a great discussion to be having as maybe connections will be developing as the pieces transpire. Been pondering this one long and hard for quite sometime. Drawn north because of all that is so pristine . No financial resources but Iiving here in Napa has no heart and soul for me.
I love what is happening through our new Alfa structure. It…

Hey there Doc,
I’ve wanted to ask you this for a long time; I cannot seem to get my Salt hot enough with my home oven to get it pure white. There is always this Khaki/Yellow tinge (I’m using Corningware dishes, so there shouldn’t be any trouble with leeching from the vessel). Do you have any suggestions on how to attain a higher heat? I realize… -

Hi Wendy,
In addition to the great recommendations everyone has made for assisting your environment and internal milieu I have found spagyric preparations of horsetail (equisetum arvensae) to be very healing for the respiratory system and zeolite (Alfa Vedic Zero Point #2 I think)

I second what Dr. Lando says. WIthout those fundamentals other interventions will not be as efficacious. From there a chinese medicine perspective on the role of upflaring Liver Yang and not enough Kidney Yin can be helpful in finding other remedies.
As someone who “had” to take Xarelto when it first came out (aka guinea pig) as a young man due…
