Yeah, I have a prescription for reading classes too. And trifocals. I’ve been reading without them for maybe a year or so. These daze it’s out of one eye, as the other, which used to have better vision, is way blurry. Time for Meir Schneider’s eye exercises!

Hi amber, if you’re looking into any Auricular treatments there a good amount of practitioners in United States and Canada who have been trained extensively. I can link a directory for Canada but I saw you were from Ohio so I can also link a practitioner I know who is taking an auricular course with me and you can contact them to find out more.

I love ADV – I met her briefly at Flatoberfest even! A recent hair/metals test shows that I have too much calcium – so I’m sure her blog will make total sense! Thanks!
