Ask Dr. Barre a year agoHello. I have question I wanted to ask Dr Barre. Hopefully it could be answered. I am wondering if there are any alfavedic products that you might recommend for someone who is growing extra bone, bones spurs on the hip specifically? Thank you for your time in advance!

Thank you for that question, Jenna — I have been trying to heal my heel spur for a year now. It comes and goes (gets milder) but never is resolved. I have added MSM and fulvic minerals, and I have reflected on the causes — all without much progress. Any help would be so appreciated, Dr. Barre!

A friend of mine got rid of her cavities by doing coconut oil pulls and drinking raw milk. I’m sure there are other ways, but this is just what I know.
