I had a bad sinus for about 8 years. Got much relief from one German new medicine consult and now am getting cranio on my jaw and sinus which is really helping as well. I can finally breathe through my nose fully.

'Wim Hof" Breathing Injury (new info and success)
Hey hey,
Circling back to this because I made some interesting progress and was hoping for some new advice regarding the new developments..
(Short story) I ended up using a Neti pot for the first time and it was one heck of an experience. I broke my nose pretty bad 20 yrs ago and my left side (the side of my ‘breathing injury’) hasn’t really…

I second Cowan’s site and just suggest plenty of liquids, breathing and trusting that the worst is probably over by now! Less may be more when it comes to…

If you can get one of those home lights for SADD it sounds like you could use it because of where you live etc, sounds like you are not getting enough D at all.
If you would like a distance healing, please send me a photo of yourself and a the general area where you live. It doesn’t have to be specific, but something like “western wales” or…

Oh wow so sorry to hear this Sonya! Can you get your hands on a nebulizer? Start nebulizing 1 to 1 food grade h2o2 to distilled water for the cough and run a diffuser at night while you try to sleep with some essential oils for the lungs like oregano and white thyme. I would try and get some homeopathic remedies as well like Aconite,…
