I agree with Hugh’s comment about iron; it’s not that it’s not there, it’ll most likely be stored in tissue and not be ‘recycled’ efficiently. I had a bad sinus for about 8 years. Got much relief from one German new medicine consult and now am getting cranio on my jaw and sinus which is really helping as well. I can finally breathe through my nose fully.

So sorry to hear that you are not well. So many great offers above. You might also try running a hot shower to fill you bathroom with steam and breathing in it for 15-20 min.
