I make a similar yogurt and feel good anyway so cannot say I feel different, but it sure is a pleasure to eat…love it like a treat!

I personally take the matrix and Chaga B but I alternate them each day.

Full spectrum covers your bases and then the other products can fill in the gaps and be more specialized. Totally fine to use more than 1 in a day but I space them out and typically use the more specialized formulations more sparingly (although I tend to take Chaga B whenever I need a ‘boost’ in energy)

Yes I believe Melissa Sell offers one on one sessions still. Dr. Andi Locke-Mears and Danny Carroll are good resources as well. And the 3 things that fall outside the scope of GNM are poisoning, injury and malnutrition.

My prayers go out to you and your daughter. I love Ed’s comments… there is no virus, so no vax neccessary. Also, hold off on the antibiotic. Maybe some silver gel and arnica cream for healing.
