Dr Lando
Can you recommend a product for bursitis in my elbow. I have had this for about two months and tried several things.

Elizabeth, I thought you might like to know that in Chinese medicine, the liver is “the general” whose emotion is anger.
Also, “butt coffee” made me laugh.
I use Alfa Vedics formula and like you, I have a tough time going 5 minutes even, it becomes rather uncomfortable, however I still notice benefits. I am going to cut the strength in half as…

Hey Elizabeth
No worries … some folks are just more sensitive to caffeine, but it lessens over time with weekly clean-outs. In the meantime just cut the coffee in half, so you can get the amazing benefits without the jitters. Caffeine is less apt to cause the jitters when taken through the bowel than through imbibition, but some people…

I didn’t think that Barre was going to respond…and I didn’t want you to be without one! Erasing my worthless comments other than: I’m impressed Elizabeth!

First time liver/ gallblader cleanse and enema **Warning** (Enema Questions)
Last week I did my first liver and gallbladder cleanse, and followed with a coffee enema – also first time for that. I did the protocol posted here on the site, and it went well. I expelled a good amount of stones. Sorry if this is too detailed 😬 but, I split the enema into 2 smaller amounts because I read somewhere that it might be easier…

Thank you Erin! That looks like a great place to start. We’ll see how the cell salts, isopathic, and some in-depth journaling/reflection helps.

Thanks Kev! Ordered the isopathic you suggested as well as 12-in-1 and constitutional salts. Unsure about which direction (forward or backward) to go with the “bridge” salts. Forward and you get the 3 months you were not in utero, backward and you get the 3 months between your conscious and unconscious signs in human design (the…

Hey Todd, below is something I’ve copied and pasted from a GNM resource I use in my studies. I hope this can be helpful! I also second Kev’s suggestion with the isopathic. Wishing your wife a full resolution and recovery!
In German New Medicine (GNM), recurrent yeast infections, particularly in the genital region, are linked to specific types…

Hi! Thanks so much for all that you’re doing. We’re really appreciative of this community you’ve started, and of all your helpful tips!
My 6 yr old daughter and I have been whooping it up lately. My 9 yr old son was first in our household, but he seemed to respond well to the SymbioTilis isopathic, and isn’t coughing fits much anymore. I’m…
