Root canals are forcing the body to have dead, degrading teeth anchored in permanently. I am unsure what you could do other than removal, and then getting partials if the lack of teeth bothers you. Perhaps one (you?) could divine it with dowsing? There’s a great Telegram group called New Subtle Energies, which is designed for advanced dowsers (which I’m not), but beginners are also welcome and given guidance when they ask for it. Happy to share the link. – Hulda

Quick question regarding point 1, cellular repolarization with PEMF: in general, what are the parameters we should keep in mind when considering buying a PEMF unit? I have a small PEMF coil that I can hook up to a frequency generator but I’m assuming you’re probably talking more about the full body mats.

Just quick thoughts. Do you have access to an ozone water machine? You could make ozone water and neti pot with it. I can tell you where I got mine for $300 ish if interested
I like Xlear. You can get it on Amazon (they have different types) but I use them any time I feel like I have gunk in my sinuses.
