I heard you mention on the last podcast with Jason that you’re coming up on your fast, and I thought you mentioned 21 days. Would you mind sharing a little more info about what your normal routine is? Is it just in the fall or other times as well? I apologize if you’ve covered this before.

Thank you for the reply everyone! Dr. Barre, if and when your private salve becomes available i d like the opportunity to purchase it if possible. I asked my uncle for more detailed information and here is what he shared:
