I broke down and went in to the ER for the Wim Hof thing recently.. The pain was getting crazy and I cracked.. The ER Doc said its likely Temporal Arteritis, although he couldn’t confirm because I politely refused the scans and blood draw.. He was pretty certain its nothing life threatening, as I don’t have any other symptoms other than pain…

@Kev , I’m sorry that did not work for you. Would have been easy and less expensive. Once again, we are all unique and what causes the symptoms/response in each of use can be different, too. It does help my pulse rate a bit and I have added a couple of things that I mentioned earlier from Dr. Cowan’s site. Together, I am seeing it reduce to…

We touch on a bit of that in this Alfacast (https://www.youtube.com/live/E3QWXv4KMCU) but we plan on doing a lot more education around this here on this platform since it really doesn’t exist anywhere online… all from the old French/German bioterrain world that’s kinda been lost…
Maybe Barre has a better answer but it seems to kinda be up to us…

Good luck, Kev! I’m trying a couple of other things that arrived today. Typical of me, I hit it with so many things that I have no idea which helped the most, lol! But, if I can just see some improvement I will be very happy. Very worrisome. I don’t worry about dying, but being in a half-way situation does worry me. I expect everyone feels…

Someone shared this recently in AV’s Telegram. I’m giving it a try. It does bring down heart rate if you use enough of it. I’m trying tincture form. I’ve always added Cayenne in to my morning elixer (water, lemon, homemade ginger water, bit of honey (added when water is not too hot), and some cayenne. Evidently not enough to make…

What is ole Hoff’s take? He is a friend of the show after all. Seems like an approachable enough sort of guy!
I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with this. A lot of us read it and just held out breath – hence the silence. Quite stumped. It’s gotta’ be if I’m speechless! 😶

Hi Laurie, according to GNM, itchiness is the healing phase of a separation conflict. If the itchiness is on inside areas of your body (inside of arms, belly, chest/areas you would touch another when hugging) that would indicate you are longing for someone you were separated from. If the itchiness is on your backside/back of arms/legs that…

Laurie, according to Chinese medicine, in general the skin is governed by Lung. But itching is a sign of Heat and can be (is?) a sign that Liver can’t detox through it’s internal routes, so out the skin it goes. There are such conditions. as Liver Heat or Liver Fire, Liver Fire Rising. You may be able to orient yourself about these terms…
