Laurie, according to Chinese medicine, in general the skin is governed by Lung. But itching is a sign of Heat and can be (is?) a sign that Liver can’t detox through it’s internal routes, so out the skin it goes. There are such conditions. as Liver Heat or Liver Fire, Liver Fire Rising. You may be able to orient yourself about these terms…

Help with itching/Kidney health
I have been really itchy in various places all over my body for the last 3-4 weeks. I am looking for ways to help support my kidneys. Or if there is something else that could be causing my itchiness? I am doing some bloodwork, but really want to heal myself naturally. Thank you 🙏💜

Great answers people have given! Barbara o Neal said that cayenne pepper was helpful for high and low Bp. I take a shake of it in olive oil morning and night just to help keep my blood healthy.

Aside from all the basics and keeping my spine/posture on point, Ozone seems to bring mine down around 10 points, so I’m hopeful for you there. Also, I like Jose Silva or the Twin Hearts Meditation to try to cool… -

Hypertension and High Heart Rate
Dr. Barre, I’ve waited perhaps a bit too long to ask you about this. But, I’m trying not to be too frightened, so here goes. My BP has been what they call normal (120-70-80) until a 3-4 years ago went it went up…140s/90s, then it continued to 160s/100s at times. I’m now 63yrs and weigh 126lbs, 5’6′. I’ve noticed off and on in the last year…
