@reena58 , I wanted make a quick post. Dr. Barre is no longer in Hawaii, but may have some ideas of where you might visit. If you look to the links for the group members, you will see a map that shows where they are located. They may be able to help you in getting recommendations as to what/where to visit while you are there. Locals certainly…

Hi Dr. Barre,
I’ll be visiting kauai and Oahu next week. Not sure where in Hawaii you are, but do you allow anyone to visit the farm? Also, do you have any suggestions for things to do or see? I’m interested in areas that carry healing frequencies, events where I can meet like minded people, or natural springs where I can harvest drinking water.

Typically for me, first 24 hours, cold on/off, just to keep the swelling somewhat in check, after that I typically alternate hot/cold to increase circulation of the blood. I was once treated with cold laser, that gave me ROBUST/accelerated healing, but that was 15 years ago, not sure what Dr. Barre would suggest today. Good luck…hope he…

Macrolada and Notoginseng, looking for good sources.
I’d like to try to super charge my stem cell production, possibly using one or both of the above plant extracts. Every time a new fad product goes mainstream alternative health care, the market becomes inundated with posers. Hoping to get some feedback on my thoughts about getting on to one or both of these products and if applicable, if…

Swelling is of course nature’s way of splinting, so reduce it with caution. Cold for reducing swelling, heat for furthering healing. Too much cold can retard circulation, which is how nature heals. First cold then heat is a rule of thumb.

Knee Injury-Heat alternated with Cold or Just Heat??
Any recommendations for an injured knee? He dropped about 40lbs on it a few hours ago. In the past I have alternated hot and cold compresses. But, it seems like I have read that heat is better? Was it @amandha? Not sure. Seems like I once read they used ice to get athletes back on the field by reducing the swelling but that the inflammation…

Gallbladder cleanse phosphoric acid supplement
Thanks again for sharing your protocol for performing the gallbladder cleanse. In your written instructions, you recommended Standard Process PhosFood Liquid. In the video you held up a bottle of Dews – Super Phos 30 Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse. I am wondering what the pros and cons of the respective brand are and why you use the Dews.
Thanks,
Sam

I just came across this recently. Seems sweating and intermittent fasting were recommended. I’m curious if a specific nutritional deficiency would make some more susceptible to microplastic buildup in the tissues. Certainly keeping detoxification pathways clear with things like osteopathic manipulation and lymphatic drainage etc., may help.…

Sounds like you are doing great things!! I know the kidneys need hydration so celery juice and Celtic sea salt would be good! Quinton sea water is fabulous too but spendy. Kelly brogan has a coupon code for Quinton. I think it’s Brogan or Kelly-not sure.
This is where I get my ginseng and love it. They have the original plant at the store.…
