Hello Dr. Barre, I have a family member who has been suffering from sweaty hands for quite some time. They are in good health, work out (bike, martial arts, weights) and decent diet. Is there any natural ways to reduce this as hard for shaking hands in work interactions and of course social. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Polyps shouldn’t be an issue, but gently massage the inner nostril with some Comfrey infused Castor Oil every night.
