Thank you, Sherri! Yes, magnesium is extremely important to my well-being: I have taken it in form of magnesium citrate for years. Then a couple of months ago, I switched over to magnsium phosphoricum cell salts (from a great apothecary here in Austria). I can tell, they make a difference – especially, I believe, with absorption.

Hi Kathy, here is a screenshot from AV’s product page for mag phos. When you scroll down on that page you’ll see this where it shows the 3 bridge salts you need. Hope this helps 😊

Hi Dr. Barre, Looking at Lisa Strbac’s book on tissue salts. How does one determine their Bridge Salts? Mine is a August 9th Solar Return, Mag Phos. Would the bridge salts be Calc Fluor and Kali Sulph, Virgo and Cancer? Soon to be ordering the book Homeopath In Your Hand.

My husband had his amalgam fillings removed by Dr Vise P Storm in Davis- it was a seamless experience, no complications at all. She’s an excellent biological dentist, made lots of great cell salt/homeopathic referrals for the dental health of our son as a bonus. I would recommend. If I hadn’t moved out of state she would be our dentist.

I agree with Mike and was also going to reach out and recommend cell salts. I had something like a bone spur at the base of my palm and some time after starting my constitutional and bridge salts along with the 12-1 it resolved. Such a relief and I trust yours will also.
