Unfortunately everything that I’ve learned is from the school of hard knocks!! I hoping to graduate someday 🤪
But yes plantar warts can be caused from excess pressure points from a dysfunctional gait pattern. How well your feet work is directly connected to how well your nervous system is functioning and how much air is rhythmically getting to…

All of that makes sense!! Hope you find and apartment soon!! Here’s an inexpensive option that will teach you how to rebuild your nervous system. It takes 10-15 min a day. That will get you started and support you while you work with the specialist in Austria 🇦🇹

I personally take MSM which I order from Amandah Vollmer and I also take AV’s fulvic minerals, so I agree those would be helpful as well. I would also look into cell salts given that they work exceptionally well for remineralizing our tissues. I take my constitutional salt and 3 bridge salts daily and have all 12 on hand for acute issues. Calc…

Thank you so very much for your ideas, Amber and Erin – they are amazing and really support some of my own thinking about the heel spur.

As I am studying GNM right now I’ll share what I know from that point of view.
Are you right handed? If so, issues that arise on the left side of the body are related to the relationships between you and your mother, children or your “nest”/home. If you happen to be…

Hey Amber, could this apply to plantar warts or something similar to them? Could it be the same sort of thing? Thank you!!!
How did you learn so much about all this? ❤🙏

There can be so many reasons for a bone spur…couple questions for you to ponder. Is your body absorbing the minerals it needs? Is it dropping extra calcium into the bone? If yes-other minerals are off.
If your gate pattern is off and you have excess pressure going onto that left heel, that is caused from a malfunction in your nervous system…

Hello,
I have developed a bone spur on my left heel (yes, left side, which gives me a bit of a clue of an emotional factor). Unfortunately, it seems to get worse. I understand that bone spurs are a sort of calcification, but I don’t quite understand what my body is communicating, and I would love it if someone could share an idea. I am a fit…
