I believe I’m experiencing pancreatitis. So I would like to treat it myself. I got some bile salts and they do seem to help but I see that it may stem from gallstones so I was going to use Chanca Pietra. I wanted to also add, what can we do about sludge which blocks bile? I do not fit the description of heavy alcohol use or poor diet. Do you…

You mentioned frenectomy. Good call on trying to avoid it. We unfortunately didn’t know enough and had it done on our first 2. Cranio sacral work from a good practitioner can help if you think the issues are tongue/lip tie related.

Our child has experienced similar enamel erosion. Our holistic dentist believes it is due to acid reflux during sleep that brings stomach acid into the mouth. I don’t have any solution for this as of yet but just throwing it out there as a potential cause of that issue.

I have friends that take cod liver oil every day their entire pregnancies with no ill effects. It’s highly recommended in Nourishing Traditions Pregnancy/childcare (co written with Tom Cowan – though back before the non-germ theory awareness was as openly talked about) book which many alternative moms use.

THE ONLY ? IS HOW FRESH IS IT??? I did follow through with the Arnica and Ruta 🙂 He is doing very well, now. Mentally much more stable and his spirits are higher. He is looking forward to ‘seeing’ on his own whether it is a complete or partial tear and healing naturally. It was a sketchy minute there for his mental state, though!
