Ask Dr. Barre 2 years agoI am thinking back to my greatest heartaches as a child in an exercise and Plantar Warts comes up. Does anybody have any insight into what those represent in energy, consciousness, and vibration? They were a bitch to deal with until I stopped dancing professionally twenty years later…hmm.

Plantar warts are sometimes cause by a gait pattern imbalance. If in your gate or dance movements you are putting too much pressure on a certain part of your foot a plantar wart can show up. You can rebalance gait and offload to get rid of. Not sure the “energy” issue but gait pattern can be off.

Thanks a lot, I will look into that. It’s hard to know what’s going on with food allergies at the moment because of the effects of the parasite. I am planning on very carefully reintroducing things once that’s taken care of.

Oregano oil has been shown to be effective against this parasite. Btw die off can make one feel pretty bad. Fulvic can help.
Food allergies? Stress?

The bottle or jar of c should have food listed such as “alma, strawberries, cherry, rose hips” 🙂 dr berg has a good c wafer that is nice and clean.
