All of our products, including Illumined, are from unheated, unadulterated sources to preserve the integrity of nutrition. I’d prefer using them in a small amount of liquid , or in a cold nutritional shake. That being said, you’ll still derive benefit, in a soup or such, but the temperature shouldn’t exceed 109 F to get the most out…

Sounds good, Dr. Barre – – I think the whey protein is ok in cooked foods, though, like baked scrambled eggs or muffins etc? I’ll use the illumined in a cool bev or shake though for sure.
