Ask Dr. Barre a year agoIs it ok to use the Illumined products in hot soups or side dishes?

All of our products, including Illumined, are from unheated, unadulterated sources to preserve the integrity of nutrition. I’d prefer using them in a small amount of liquid , or in a cold nutritional shake. That being said, you’ll still derive benefit, in a soup or such, but the temperature shouldn’t exceed 109 F to get the most out…

Sounds good, Dr. Barre – – I think the whey protein is ok in cooked foods, though, like baked scrambled eggs or muffins etc? I’ll use the illumined in a cool bev or shake though for sure. I have the Gold and Shrooms to try first – – fun fun! Thanks so much for your wisdom/knowledge and for creating these products!
