That’s great to know about AV’s spray. I’ve avoiding using them (and AV’s) because all of the ones that I have tried have been like that, but I know it is a great way to absorb magnesium. I haven’t tried Amandha’s either. Now, I’m curious why AV’s doesn’t leave a residue! I’d like to try it.

@Divya and @barre , I would be interested in what Dr. Barre says, but I did look back for a discussion on Zeolite previously on this group. Here is the title…Hyrdrogels and zeolite? Is zero point 4 AV safe to use still? I don’t see how to provide a link to it here, but you can search discussion in the group.
He wrote quite a bit about it and…

Thanks Hank. Have you used it yourself? If so, does it leave a salt residue on the skin?

Hi Barre, I have been using Zeolite with the kids. I am noticing that the week I give them zeolite they are coughing or sneezing. Is this expected as they are detoxing? I even gave a 2 week break this time and started zeolite yesterday and the sneezing started this morning.
Sarah Pope thinks we should not use zeolite as it is…

AV Magnesium Transdermal Spray
I’m curious. AV mag spray is the only magnesium I’ve been able to use. I was so pleased to have found it as I absolutely cannot ingest magnesium. I’ve tried all the different types. So … while waiting for AV mag to come back in stock, I tried other brands of transdermal spray, lotion and gel. All of them left an irritating salt crust…

Hi Bella
This question could go in a few directions, so let’s stick with the liver thread for now. The comments for Liver detox are all great, and you may look into a product I used for years which is a concentrate of Yakitron, a detox hormone made in the liver. I found it useful for regulating histamine reactions, and Standard Process Labs…

@Sherri , Thanks for sharing that visual! I do the coffee enemas (weekly and w/AV’s brand) and I have tried the liver/gall bladder flush (also as per Moritz) about every 8 weeks last fall. I’m now about every 4 months which is also as how he described. I could see how flush changed for me over that time and could see that currently it’s no…

Oh boy, this could be a big discussion! As for liver support the most significant things that come to mind right now are; The amazing liver and gallbladder flush (Andreas Moritz), weekly coffee enemas (using AV Therapeutic coffee), Ayurvedic seasonal cleanses, hot detox baths (salt and baking soda), quitting bio-identical hormone replacement…

Thank you for sharing 🙏 this does help a lot. And its nice to know I am not alone 😄 I have seen the liver connection pop up periodically during my research into the issue.
And my reactions happen sporadically as well, especially to bone broth. Have you implemented a protocol for liver support that has helped you? Do you still experience…
