while it could be something that can be solved chemically/biologically its also important to consider the possibility of night terrors being manifestation of unresolved or blocked emotions – as was the case for me once.

however I did find relief through L-Theanine, Lemon Balm, Blue Lotus (smoked), and magnesium oil topically.
