Sara, I have been so curious to learn more about the cell salts too and their indications for acute symptoms as well as constitutional health. I found this book on Amazon for $3.95 so decided to get it. Haven’t read it but here are a couple pics to give you an idea.

How serendipitous, I ordered this book from Amazon for a whopping $2.95 and it just arrived today. I didn’t know Dr. Barre recommended it and hadn’t even seen this thread, but glad I ordered a good one!

Hi Sara, take a look under The Library group and Dr. Barre has a post on cell salts around 2/5 or so. I think the discussion is on Papers or something like that. He recommended a book there. I am looking for a little more specific directions/information on cell salts. My daughters and I have been taking the 12 in 1 cell salts for about a year. I would like to add the bridge and constitutional salts, but I am not clear what they are and which ones each of us should specifically take based.

I know a practitioner in Iowa that I met once but I’m not sure if she does it the german auricular style.
