I’ve got a titanium plate screwed into my right clavicle. Since I’m not sure how I could ever trust anyone to physically remove it, I am looking for ways to minimize any adverse effects.

I have been researching pemf infrared small mats to sit on at work and am waiting to hear from higherdose if they use a sine or sawtooth waveform so I’m interested also

I think I will go with higherdose if it is sawtooth wave form. Otherwise I dont know since I’m looking for a smaller mat. I may just go with biomat infrared without pemf if I can’t get an answer from higher dose. I hope someone who knows more chimes in

Oh Barbara! I am so sorry for your son’s losses, and yours too. Anyone would have anxiety from that! I know that this group has good ideas. I know the homeopathic remedy for grief is IGNATIA..and for shock is ACONITE or (ACONITUM)….They are sugar pills with frequencies so ppl like them. I was wondering how I figure out the dosage for isopathics and the specific ones to take. I’m specifically asking for my 5 year old son. Eventually I’d like them for my entire family, but he is the one I’d like to focus on first. Thank You

A general dose recommend would be 3-5 drops @ bed 5X/wk for children, and 5-10 drops AM & PM @ 2x/day for long term restoration, but acute conditions would be dealt with a bit more aggressively. I gave general usage guidelines for the most commonly used isopathics in a different thread, but I’ll follow with more information.
