Where are ya located? If you’re in/on OR, MN, PA or WA, it doesn’t look too good. My wife is from MN and we gave up after quite an effort, although we didn’t exhaust every possibility.

Hi Rick, well done, but I have some constructive criticisms for your consideration. First, I disagree that one should become an HDC-SPC in Phase 1. There are numerous other strategies for those who have not claimed their minor estate to still greatly enhance their sovereignty, such as operating their life affairs and business through a private…

Hi Ari!
I am not sure why that is. You are not blocked on my end, but I did notice that the messages said I am not allowed to send messages to you. I don’t know why 🤷♀️ -

Law & Sovereignty a year agoSo, Mars retrograde..
A good time to engage in Equity type-things with the system?
OR
A good time to avoid anything of the sort?Depends how you look at it. I lean more the former. You all have thoughts?

I don’t know much about astrology. I can tell you my own intuition and experiences has unambiguously pointed me to begin Equity discharge NOW. NOW is the time, for us. But maybe not for everyone?

I’m in the process of setting this up. Ah OK, this is more of a property tax issue. I would talk to Marcia Ann or maybe these guys can consult:

Hi Hugh,
Have you gone this route? Churches of any IRS classification do not have any requirement to file anything with the IRS. Whether or not they have a determination letter (unless of course they contract to file).I am wondering how one with any IRS classification (or none) would handle property taxes. This is the main reason I’m…

Private Church or Ministry- do you want an IRS Determination Letter?
I’m actually really torn on which way WE are going to choose to go- the 501(a).. Church seems like an added layer of legitimacy with which to interact with Babylon and be “Tax Exempt” without fuss.
My only reservation is the possible “contract” which an application might be consenting to.
It IS a one-time application; churches do not…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoAloha all.
Wondering if anyone has experience setting up an organization that doesn’t allow for the government to be all up in its business.
I am about to start a new venture and am wondering about structure. It seems like I could go PMA or religious organization. Religious organization still seems like getting permission from big daddy gov…

You can holler at @marcia she has a vast knowledge about moving into the private with private trust setups and is helping us do exactly that for Music & Sky.

Sounds like a Constitutional Irrevocable Private Trust (known by a few other names depending on who your talking to) would be a good solution for your mortgage, business, etc.. This is the ultimate protection. Own nothing control everything. It is 100% legal and lawful.
From what I have heard the PMA and/or church stuff is ok if you are…
