Law & Sovereignty 2 weeks agoMortgage - Maintaining Standing
My wife and I found a home that is perfect for our family. We made an offer to purchase the home and it was accepted.
I am curious if anyone has a recommendation on maintaining standing as a man throughout the mortgage process. I want to remain in honor and I’m not looking to discharge any debt. I am looking for a way to go through the process…

Hi, there is a form one can fill out when getting paid by a business instead of filling at a W-9, it’s just to get the company off your back and for their internal filing so they don’t send anything to the IRS. I forget what it’s called…
Anyone remember the name of the form?

Law & Sovereignty 6 weeks agoDoes anyone understand irrevocable trusts vs revocable trusts. Why would one pick one over the other?
Does anyone know about forming an LLC and to have it formed in Wyoming because Wyoming has the best privacy in place regarding LLCs? Would love more information on both. Thanks!

If you desire more flexibility you may consider revocable. You also have the option of unincorporated vs incorporated. WY C are a great place to domicile business, An LLC holding…

Hi! Once someone has their national passport, I’m curious if it is necessary to then notify various agencies of this new status (e.g., IRS, DMV, etc.) and if so what documents are needed to notify? Any reference to bylaws/codes/etc. that speak to if/how nationals are exempt in some way shape or form would also be appreciated.

Thank you for starting this thread. I looked at the DS11 form and I’m unsure how to navigate the 3 eligibility requirements: #1) applying for first passport #2) under 16 yrs #3) previous passport issued before age 16 or issued more than 15 years ago or passport lost, stolen, or damaged. Do folks move forward with this regardless? And in terms…

😁 Thank you!
AFAIK the passport card is the same process as the passport book, which both go directly through the State of State in Washington, DC. I am not really sure if you could do a DS82 online or not 🤔 However, in order to get a true national passport, we are taught to do the paper application because we need to include the affidavit as… Read more
