Hi! Once someone has their national passport, I’m curious if it is necessary to then notify various agencies of this new status (e.g., IRS, DMV, etc.) and if so what documents are needed to notify? Any reference to bylaws/codes/etc. that speak to if/how nationals are exempt in some way shape or form would also be appreciated.
