Law & Sovereignty a year agoAnyone have any experience with reserving their rights when endorsing a check? I put without prejudice ucc 1-308 on the back and tried to deposit it but got called into the presidents office 🤣 He had never seen such a thing and attempted to buffalo me into getting a new check so I could put a blank endorsement because he didnt know if the…

Update: took the check to the issuing bank and they didn’t bat an eye cashing it…..

Yeah you don’t even need to claim the UCC code! Just all rights reserved or without prejudice over your natural name (capitalized first, middle, last) is all that is needed!

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHi everyone!
I was wondering if anybody has any experience with the process of aquiring business loans if you are personally out of the tax system?
I have several corporations. I own a couple farm table restaurants and we have some commercial real estate. The companies all pay taxes. When we apply for business loans we ususally have to submit a…

So if you are a business owner using corporate fiction shells, wouldn’t they just want to see tax returns from those companies you are a principle of? Also, I guess we need a better definition of what you mean by ‘exiting the tax system’ as there a number of different remedies avail…

Carly, you have flagged an rather important catch22 for all of us – how to maintain your sovereign status, but still leverage *certain* benefits and privileges such as those afforded by the federal banking system, such as their cheap debt via banks.
I’m in the throws of this exact process. I would be happy to speak with you at length. In…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoWhat you guys think; COLB and STATE BC for a newborn, or no? (Definitely avoiding the SS card)

i think…its awesome and exciting that you are stepping into being a father! (if i read this correctly) i would suggest seeing if there are perspectives/resources on http://www.soverignbydesign.com, you have 18+ years to feel out the SS# and by that point it is likely to be a mute point. i see no real need from my perspective to worry…

I would hold off until you’re sure, there is no rush unless you need a government benefit like medi-cal or food stamps. You can always record in a family bible or post a notice of nativity in a local newspaper. You can get your baby a passport without a BC or SSN:) I am in the same boat, I have an undocumented 2 year old, but I am going to get…

Is it possible to patent land with a special warranty deed?
And how would exceptions impact the process? (An irrigation canal easement etc is mentioned in the deed as an exception to the deed)

As far as I understand, the patent process removes all deeds. But best to talk to someone like Ron Gibson about it.

If you watch our Land Patent series with Ron I’m pretty sure he covers this and yes any deed can be transformed from what I remember

Following up to my original post here – My standard strategy worked again this week: postpone to a holiday week: July 4 is pretty good, the better ones are Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year.
I have been digging further into how to get off the “summoning” annoyance list, and it looks like one needs to do the state national process at least to a…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoI don’t remember how I was introduced to this resource – may have been on this platform; however wanted to share a link to a free pdf download for what has been the most profound read I’ve done. Not compete yet. 380 pages into an 1100 page book and every belief system has been thoroughly dismantled. 🙂 The author will send you a print…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoAnyone got any tips for getting out of Jury Duty? I know a letter in the mail is not Service of Process, so you can just throw it out. Im in a small town though, and I overheard a convo in the Clerks Office once say that they will send the Sheriffs Office after anyone who dodges Jury Duty.

Wish I knew. I believe there is a remedy for this one out there. Maybe tell them you think you have the bird flu or the convid virus and you are contagious.

My thought would be to go in there and tell the judge during the jury selection process that you cannot be unbiased in your decision. They usually ask before they start selection interviews and you can approach the bench. If you don’t believe in the process, then that would be entirely true.
I haven’t done this myself, but that could be one way…
