Is it possible to patent land with a special warranty deed?
And how would exceptions impact the process? (An irrigation canal easement etc is mentioned in the deed as an exception to the deed)

As far as I understand, the patent process removes all deeds. But best to talk to someone like Ron Gibson about it.

Law & Sovereignty a year agoCurious if anyone else signed up for the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship’s Equity course? I thought it was supposed to launch today, June 1st. As of tonight, it hasn’t launched and the module isn’t open.
