Thanks Rick, I saw this posted by KL in the Crrow forum as well. Too bad it is just a snippet screenshot, kinda have to take this on the word of KL but I def agree that they are wiping stuff out of the record

Cory, when I talked to the guy at Weiss Paris, I asked how many ROEs they’d filed and how many got rebutted, and he said about 10,000 with ZERO rebuttals. They could question a previous return within the last 3 years, but I suspect that would look like a normal type of audit. If they try any kind of lien Weissparis can handle that as well.
