I’m far from an expert and understand that state national precedes in time being trafficked to a ‘citizen’ and so it’s one or the other as I understand that all or nothing path. In regard to the ROE and the tax scam. I believe everything that has been shared here is accurate and legit. But, what if one needs access to credit as in a loan?
