Law & Sovereignty 2 years agoHowdy all,
My “wife” (life partner) and I are expecting and are looking for some info on forming a “marriage”. We are hoping to form some sort of “official” partnership to give us something to stand on once we welcome our little creation into the world sometime later this Autumn. There are some other shared assets to consider also. Looking…

By the way you word this, I assume you’re not looking to go the “legal” route? 😁

i would start by watching the living law conference on this site under courses to get a sense of the power of private trusts, and sit with the idea of claiming your wed…

Law & Sovereignty 2 years agoHello Law studiers,
I am a new member and have a few questions that i am hoping someone has insight into. I took Law for Mankind back in ’21 and love their course as a foundational understanding to cleaning up your energy field and learning to write notices. Greg’s method of writing a trust is simple and handwritten piece of paper but is…

A trust created in the private (Between three members of mankind) is a simple contract created by a wo/man acting as a trustor, another acting as trustee, and another acting as beneficiary. The first two (add the third if you wish) of you discuss and agree to the terms, sign the document, notarize it (if you wish, I’d recommend it) and the…

It sounded like it was probably legit, but I didn’t see any practical application…or he’s not good at explaining the applications, so I didn’t spend too much time on it.

Name Change question –
In the process of completing my divorce, I am also in the process of changing my name. It feels timely, as I am working my way through the Beginner’s Sovereign by Design course. I have also been watching many of the videos by BadWolf (thanks @hugh ) for those rec’s. My first two steps are:
1) change my name (remove…

Sara, exciting times for you. Wishing you god speed and grace during the growth and transition. Here is the perspective I can offer. It will broach concept that you didn’t ask about. My intention isn’t to confuse the issue but maybe connect dots and/or open eyes to other pieces related (potentially) to your inquiry. Also, bringing up…

Fantastic timing!
I haven’t dug into the name change, but I would suggest signing up for a consult with Lovett. It’s a tremendous value and he can help you get your head around it quickly. He’s helped me with a couple of things.

Law & Sovereignty 2 years ago@alfawarrior @barre Would it be possible to post here or in the Library the documents that Marcia Ann was referring to as part of the I AM the Living Law course (Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars and any others she included in the live course)?

Good intel, thanks! I was already thinking I should just quitclaim my Fresno house into a trust and not try the patent here (in the middle of a large suburban buildout lol. However if/when I get some land up in Siskiyou County, I’ll look in to putting that in to a patent for sure. Looking forward to your updates on this!

Thanks so much for your input. Their work feels very powerful, but thought it was interesting that not many in the sovereign community have spoken of it. I find myself resonating very strongly with some of what he shares. I am looking forward to looking deeper into it. So awesome you worked personally with DWM!

I don’t have any personal experience with Gould, so no comment. My association with DWM began in Honolulu in the early 90s over a series of Private meetings with only a handful of experienced folks.
I learned from DWM about SCOTUS level procedural process, which he had much knowledge. It was a game-changer for my future adventures in…

and agreed, Hulda, his story is out there, and I’m not sure there’s any way to substantiate it… It’s a fun story, though. The quantum language part seems to have some real merit, but yeah – too convoluted to be widely practiced.
